Fight For Your Right (To Party) Tribute

I've always been a Beastie Boys fan. One day, I was watching the FFYR video and had the idea to draw every single person that appears in it.

It started out as a simple excercise in character design and quickly grew into a serious project. A few tally revisions and 49 days later and this mission is complete, with a total of 42 characters done.

When researching for this I came across a photo of Elijah Wood, Seth Rogen and Danny McBride dressed as the Beastie Boys for a new video called "Make Some Noise".

Turns out the video and the FFYR Revisited short was made last year and debuted at Sundance and 2011 is the 25th Anniversary of the L.T.I. album with the new album; "Hot Sauce Committee, Part2" dropping this Tues. May, 3rd. What a coincidence! As if I needed anymore motivation to do this.

So, here it is. I hope you like it!
